PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
 Standard Delivery (Within Lagos): 2 to 5 business days.
 Standard Delivery (Outside Lagos/Nationwide): 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at detoro4u@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
SHIPPING TERRITORY
Currently, our primary operations and shipping logistics are optimized for delivery within Nigeria. If you are placing an order from outside of Nigeria, please contact us directly at detoro4u@yahoo.com before finalizing your purchase so we can verify if shipping to your location is feasible and provide you with a custom shipping quote.
